Lime and N26 are expanding their partnership into the US just in time for the holidays.

Starting on Tuesday, December 10, US-based Lime riders who opt to pay with their N26 card will receive 50% off an unlimited* number of trips as part of N26’s expanded Perks program. The offer is valid for all N26 payment products while supplies last and applies to rides taken on any Lime micromobility vehicle in the United States.

Important: In order to receive the discount, the N26 card must be activated as a rider’s primary payment option.

The partnership expansion between the two companies comes just 4 months after a similar initiative launched in Europe. The industry-first 50% price reduction was met with overwhelming success, giving European micromobility riders extra incentive to choose electric scooters and bikes over personal automobiles.

Today’s announcement is the latest in a series of initiatives focusing on engaging micromobility riders in the US. In late November, Lime announced that the company was matching all donations made through the Lime Hero program from Thanksgiving to Giving Tuesday.
