NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
2. Sponsor
The Sponsor is Lime (Neutron Holdings, Inc.) with a principal place of business at 85 2nd Street, Suite 750, San Francisco, CA 94105.
3. Eligibility
3.1. Residency and Age: The Sweepstakes is open only to participants who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of the date of entry.
3.2. Exclusions: Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.
3.3. App Requirement: Entrants must have a Lime App account.
4. Sweepstakes Period & Entry Deadline
The Sweepstakes is divided into four separate entry periods, one for each city:

5. How to Enter
There is one method of entry. Participants may enter once per city.
5.1. Social Media Entry: During the corresponding Entry Period for an Entry City, an eligible person must:
5.1.1. Physically attend the Lime "More Store" event in the respective city.
5.1.2. Post a picture of themselves at the event location on either Instagram or TikTok.
5.1.3. Tag Lime’s official Instagram or TikTok page in the post.
5.1.4. The entrant's social media account must be public from the time of entry until the winners are selected and verified.
5.2. Limitation: Limit one entry per person per city, for a maximum of four total entries across the entire sweepstakes. Multiple entries from the same person in the same city will be voided.
6. Prize and Actual Retail Value (ARV)
Prizes: Four total Grand Prizes will be awarded, one prize for one winner in each Entry City.
6.1. Prize Description: Each Grand Prize consists of a unique promotional code valid for 400 free ride minutes, distributed as 40 individual rides of up to 10 minutes each.
6.2. ARV Disclosure: The Actual Retail Value (ARV) of each individual 400-minute prize is approximately $49.99.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
7.1. Selection (Chance/Random Drawing): Four potential winners (one per Entry City) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for each respective city on the social front within 72 hours after each city's Entry Deadline.
7.2. Notification: The potential winner will be notified by the Sponsor via Direct Message (DM) on the social platform used for entry (Instagram or TikTok) and the winner's name will be announced via an IG story post.
7.3. Forfeiture: The potential winner must respond to the DM within seven days of the notification attempt. Failure to respond within this timeframe, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, will result in the prize being forfeited and an alternate winner being selected in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries for that city.
8. Prize Restrictions and Terms of Use (Material Conditions)
The following restrictions apply to the 400 free minute promotional code prize:
8.1. Redemption Deadline: The prize code must be redeemed on the Lime App by December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET.
8.2. Code Eligibility: To use the promo code, you must be the direct, intended recipient, be eligible to use Lime products and services, have a Lime account, and agree to Lime’s User Agreement found at https://www.li.me/user-agreeme....
8.3. Non-Combinability: Promotional value, coupon code, and other discounts cannot be combined, stored, or transferred. The promotional minutes are not valid with LimePrime, Ride Pass, Lime Access, or for guests on Group Rides.
8.4. Location and Use Restriction: The minutes are valid only for use in the respective Entry City (LA, Denver, Seattle, or DC) where the winner entered. Each free ride is limited to ten minutes. Any unused portion of any discount for an eligible trip will not carry over to your next eligible trip.
8.5. Revocation Right: Promotions and discounts are not necessarily applied in chronological order. Lime may update these terms at any time and may revoke any promotion or discount, for example, if a Lime account has been flagged for any suspicious or fraudulent activity.
8.6. Non-Cash Value: The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be substituted for cash.
9. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with the acceptance and use of the prize.
10. CONSUMER DISCLOSURE

ESTIMATED ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of receiving a prize are based on the total number of eligible entries received in each respective city. The estimated odds of winning each Grand Prize (one prize per city) are: 1 out of 2,000 prize notices distributed.
ENTRY DEADLINE: The deadline for submission of an entry to be eligible to win is Midnight ET on the day of the event in your city (See Section 4).
SPONSOR ADDRESS: The true name of the sponsor is Lime (Neutron Holdings, Inc.), and the address of the sponsor's actual principal place of business and contact address is 85 2nd Street, Suite 750, San Francisco, CA 94105.
RESTRICTION APPLIES: Receipt of the prize is subject to a restriction: the minutes expire on December 31, 2025, are valid only in the respective city of entry, and cannot be combined with subscriptions or other discounts.
11. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in this sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
12. Disputes
Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and subject to the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
13. Use of Information
By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to the use of your name, city of residence, and social media post content for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
