Lime Assist is a first of its kind program aimed at extending access to shared electric vehicles for persons with varying abilities. Lime Assist offers a library of vehicles, available on-demand. Lime’s suite of Lime Assist vehicles are uniquely designed to meet a wide spectrum of abilities and are available to riders at no-cost. Riders can access Lime Assist through our app or website, where they then select a vehicle and drop-off time. Lime then delivers the vehicle to a rider’s door and picks it up 24 hours later when they are finished using it.
