In Ontario, it's the law for all e-bike riders to wear a helmet. If you're riding an e-scooter and you're under 18, helmets are also mandatory.
At Lime, we encourage all our riders, no matter their age, to wear a helmet – whether it's one of ours or your own. Safety comes first, and a helmet is an easy way to protect yourself while enjoying the ride!
If you come across a vehicle without a helmet and don’t have your own, we recommend using the app to locate another vehicle nearby.

Please contact Lime support at [email protected]. Please provide as many details as possible including the type of vehicle, time of day and specific location. You can also file a report through the Lime app or on our website.
