Lime Access is our industry-leading affordability program that provides discounted rides to those who qualify. Lime was the first to introduce discounted e-bike and e-scooter rides, starting in 2018, with a goal of breaking down barriers to sustainable transportation to more communities.
To date, we have served over 850,000 trips on Lime Access.
Through our Lime Access program, we are working to make sure everyone in the cities we serve have access to affordable and sustainable transportation. Sometimes getting around can be expensive, and Lime is working to be a solution to the problem.

How to Apply in New Zealand
To be eligible, users must submit the following documents:
- Valid photo ID
- Valid Community Services Card
Lime Access offers a 50% discount to Lime users on low incomes, making safe, green, and socially-distanced transport an option for everybody.
Anyone with a valid Community Services Card is eligible to take advantage. Please see below to upload qualifying forms of identification. This information must be correct, and your responses on this form are legally binding.
T&Cs: By providing us with your phone number and email and clicking "Submit", you agree that we may contact you regarding your application. One code will be allowed per user at any time. This code allows Lime Access users 50% off all rides. When the discounted rides are used, you will be eligible to apply for another code. The information submitted in this form will be collected and processed in accordance with Lime's Privacy Notice. The information you submit is legally binding.
