From our arrival in Key Biscayne last June to the launch of our Lime-S electric scooters in Wynwood last month, Miami-Dade county has racked up more than 100,000 rides.Even more telling, across the board the numbers are all growing quickly. It’s a trend that demonstrates not only Floridians’ excitement to try Lime, but their willingness to make our smart mobility products a regular part of their transportation routine.miami-public-transportation-2“We’re amazed at what we’ve been able to accomplish together with the community here in South Florida,” said Andrew Savage, Lime’s VP of Strategic Development. “From our partnership with the community in Key Biscayne to our work with the Wynwood BID, the greater Miami area is rapidly transitioning from a city restricted by its traffic to one leading the nation in new smart mobility access.”Whether it’s the 3.8 laps around the Earth ridden or the nearly 85,000 lbs of CO2 saved, Miami public transportation is looking good in green - and we’re proud to continue serving the citizens of this incredible city.miami-public-transportation-4
