Today marks a watershed moment for urban transportation and Lime's mission to build more sustainable cities: For the first time ever, riders took more than 1 million Lime rides globally in a single day on Friday, May 30th. This milestone represents over a million personal choices to move sustainably, a million trips without car emissions and a million moments that collectively bring us closer to reimagining urban mobility.

A Global Achievement

This achievement spans across our operations in more than 30 countries across five continents, solidifying our position as the world's largest shared electric vehicle company. The milestone day saw extraordinary ridership across major cities in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand.

With warmer weather arriving across the Northern Hemisphere, we're witnessing unprecedented adoption of our e-scooters, e-bikes, LimeBikes and LimeGliders as people increasingly choose convenient, affordable and emission-free ways to navigate their cities.
