DO NOT CHARGE THIS VEHICLE OR ITS BATTERY
For your safety, all battery charging is managed exclusively by trained Lime personnel using certified, compatible equipment.
To reduce the risk of fire, injury, or damage, never attempt to charge, modify, or tamper with the vehicle, its battery, or any electrical components. Using unauthorised chargers or modifying the vehicle is a serious fire hazard.
DO NOT SUBMERGE THE VEHICLE OR BATTERY IN WATER OR APPLY EXTERNAL HEAT TO THE VEHICLE OR BATTERY.
EMERGENCY INSTRUCTIONS
If you see the battery smoking, sparking, making unusual noises, or feel it becoming excessively hot:
Immediately move to a safe distance.
Call Triple Zero (000) and report a potential battery fire.
When it is safe to do so, notify Lime of the incident via the Lime App or contact us here.
Disposal
The batter should never be removed from the vehicle and must only be disposed of by trained Lime personnel.
Mandatory statement under clause 6E of the Fair Trading Regulation 2019:
