It is encouraged that the riders inspect the vehicle before starting any trip. If riders see any signs of damage or concern for safety, they are able to contact [email protected] or call 0800467001 to report and choose a different vehicle for the trip.
Just like driving a car, laws regarding operating a vehicle under the influence apply and riders must be under the legal drinking limit when using a Lime. Don’t Drink and Ride.
