The team at Lime was curious to find out why an afternoon of San Diego sightseeing on two of our Lime-S electric scooters would be described as “the most fun I’ve ever had going downtown!”

So we did what any interested startup would do; we asked.“Being a native to San Diego, you never really get to explore it like a tourist,” said Stacey, a professional makeup and hair stylist who’s always called America’s Finest City her home. “It was Matt’s birthday, and I thought it would be a fun present to take him around downtown on some Lime scooters.”Matt, a professional photographer and videographer hailing from Kent, England, didn’t need much convincing.“The crew I was working with the previous day were talking about the electric scooters they used while they were in town,” he said. “Once we found them, it was straightforward to use. We had so much fun!”While the experience might not quite be on par with a camel ride in Marrakech or a Ladder Canyon hike through California’s Coachella Valley, riding on a Lime-S electric scooter is designed to take you out of the ordinary.
